二、伏特加材料

四、70℃伏特加
伏特加是俄罗斯的传统酒精饮料。伏特加度数大多在35度到60度之间，属于烈酒。有一些伏特加的度数可以达到70度，还有一些伏特加最高度数可以达到96度。
伏特加酒起源于古代俄罗斯，但随着时间的流逝，伏特加传到了德国和波兰等国，形成了波兰伏特加、世界伏特加和俄罗斯伏特加三个流派，其中波兰伏特加酿造时加入了香草，所以口感丰富，韵味无穷；俄罗斯伏特加最为正宗，口感浓烈，入口冲鼻，是最烈酒；而世界伏特加主要由美国、德国等地出产，各有韵味。
伏特加酒是俄罗斯传统的酒精饮料，它采用马铃薯和玉米作为酿酒的原料，经过特殊的酿酒工艺处理后，其得到的酒精原浆酒精度数可以达到90度以上。当然，90度以上的酒精是致命的毒药，所以经过蒸馏后得到的伏特加酒度数一般都在40度到60度之间，个别追求烈度的伏特加可以达到60度到70度。
伏特加酒的酒精含量通常由35%到50%不等，传统由俄罗斯，立陶宛和波兰所出产的伏特加酒精含量是以40%为标准。
世界上最高度数的伏特加是波兰spirytusrektyfikowany伏特加。SpirytusRektyfikowany被西西方人称之为“生命之水”，酿酒过程是经过了反复70回以上的蒸馏，到了96%的酒精度数，堪称世界上最高纯度的烈酒。其酿酒原料是优质的谷物和薯类。
五、伏特加sky
朗姆酒入口有点甜，黑朗姆黏稠感比白朗姆大一些，感觉很好，不掺东西也觉得很利口的烈酒；金酒就是杜松子酒，所以你首先要考虑是不是受得了杜松子得味。我第一次喝金酒差点没吐了，实在受不了杜松子那个味。一般嫌杜松子味太浓可以加汤力水，汤力水的中和性比苏打水好一些。龙舌兰到现在还没喝过～你在美国的话那边喝伏特加和威士忌多一些，但大部分都是美国产的新派伏特加（呵呵，我自己的定义），比如你喝的SKY就是美国伏特加的代表，美国人喝威士忌据我所知基本上都是杰克丹尼。欧人洲喝烈酒比较杂，什么酒都喝，威士忌基本上都喝斯米诺红或者黑；白兰地牌子就多了，不过轩尼诗应该排第一；威士忌的话还是调和的便宜，所以黑方和红方销量第一，当然有钱人还是喝麦卡伦的纯麦多一些；哥顿金在英国的销量是金酒里最大的。利口酒种类太多，一般都是酒吧里面逮着什么喝什么。我把几大基酒的大众接收情况大概说了下，具体什么酒喜欢喝什么牌子还是要看你自己的喜好，这个不是别人能左右的。说说我自己吧，还是喜欢黑方、斯米诺黑和轩尼诗VSOP，这是我在家里最常喝的几种酒，基酒里面我最喜欢的是伏特加，因为纯度极高，所以怎么喝也不会头疼。

七、伏特加烈吗
伏特加是比较辣口的，不辣就是有问题了。
在北方比较寒冷的地区，不需要放冰箱冷冻，直接放到门口，第二天打开门就可以喝到冷冻的伏特加，在南方气候较为温暖，所以伏特加建议放到冷冻（结冰的那一边）冷冻到结霜，酒液变黏稠的时候，拿出来饮用最嘉。
和其他酒品不一样的是伏特加不需要陈酿，除了酒的口感凶烈，没有其他复杂的味道，另外伏特加被誉为最干净的酒，因为它有经过活性炭过滤，这也是为什么在二战时它被用来当作酒精消毒。
八、伏特加有多烈
绝对伏特加与普通的伏特加还有一定区别，一般伏特加在40-60度，最高可达96度，而绝对伏特加产自瑞典，酒精度虽然不高，但口感是非常棒的。
不同品种的伏特加度数不同，一般来说大多在40-60度之间，但有的伏特加度数会更高一些，比如波兰的生命之水96度伏特加，被称为世界上最烈的酒，生产出来就不是纯饮的，一般兑水或作为基酒来调配鸡尾酒，这个度数远高于国内常喝的白酒度数。
