玛格丽特（Margarita）
玛格丽特被称作“鸡尾酒之后”，它是除马天尼以外世界上知名度最高的传统鸡尾酒之一。它曾经是1949年全美鸡尾酒大赛的冠军。除了我们平时最常见的标准玛格丽特（Margarita（up））外，还有近二十几种的调制方法，其中以各种水果风味的玛格丽特和各种其它颜色的玛格丽特居多。
1949年，美国举行全国鸡尾酒大赛。一位洛杉矶的酒吧调酒师Jean Durasa参赛。这款鸡尾酒正是他的冠军之作。之所以命名为Margarita cocktail，是想纪念他的已故恋人Margarita。1926年，Jean Durasa去墨西哥，与Margarita相恋，墨西哥成了他们的浪漫之地。
然而，有一次当两人去野外打猎时，玛格丽特中了流弹，最后倒在恋人Jean Durasa的怀中，永远离开了。于是，Jean Durasa就用墨西哥的国酒Tequila为鸡尾酒的基酒，用柠檬汁的酸味代表心中的酸楚，用盐霜意喻怀念的泪水。如今，Margarita在世界酒吧流行的同时，也成为Tequila的代表鸡尾酒。
调制这款鸡尾酒要用到龙舌兰、柠檬汁和盐，其中龙舌兰是墨西哥国酒，用来代表他的墨西哥女友，柠檬汁代表他酸楚的心，而盐代表了他的眼泪。口感浓郁，带有清鲜的果香和龙舌兰酒的特殊香味，入口酸酸甜甜，非常的清爽。
制作方法：
道具：载杯、吧匙、冰桶及冰夹、调酒器、量酒杯、鸡尾酒杯
材料：酸橙1角、橘味白酒1盎司、龙舌兰酒1.5盎司、酸橙汁、1／2盎司、粗粒盐若干、冰若干
过程：
1、将酒杯边缘贴近青檬片，转一周以湿边。
2、把酒杯倒置在放了盐的小碟上转一周做雪花边。
3、将冰块放入雪克壶，然后依次倒入龙舌兰、君度、青檬汁用力摇晃均匀倒入酒杯中（注意倒酒时不要弄湿盐边）。
4、在杯沿插上另一片青檬用来装饰。
