2. 威士忌冰滴咖啡怎么做
冰滴是一种浓缩萃取咖啡的方式，适用于中焙或中深焙的咖啡豆;若使用深焙或法式烘焙咖啡豆，将导致冰滴出来的咖啡太浓、过苦。
适合冰滴的咖啡粉粗细度等同于手冲单品咖啡，只要以磨豆机上刻度3～5磨成的咖啡粉皆可用于冰滴，其粗细度等同于台糖2砂糖。
若太细将导致冰滴水较慢通过粉层并拉长冰滴萃取时间，且将导致冰滴出来的咖啡过浓;而太粗的话，水流速度过快，冰滴出来的咖啡将过淡。

冰滴式咖啡的优点为不酸涩、不伤胃，因为利用此法制作咖啡，所选用的咖啡豆多为如曼特宁的深焙咖啡豆，由于“浅焙香而酸，深焙苦但浓”因此，冰滴式咖啡不酸。选用深焙咖啡豆的另一个原因是，冰咖啡制成后会加入冰块稀释，因此必须选择深焙豆来滴滤以免不够浓郁。
而水滴式咖啡口感之所以不涩，便是因为使用冷水。其他咖啡冲煮法多使用热水冲煮，而温度太高的热水会使咖啡中某些化学物质分解出来，释出涩味，而水滴式咖啡完全以冷水滴滤，咖啡百分之百浸透湿润，萃取出的咖啡口感滑顺而不酸涩。
