二、咖啡里面怎么加牛奶？
冲泡步骤：
1.将咖啡倒入法国牛奶咖啡的专用调制壶内。可选用较为深炒而浓烈的咖啡。
2.将热牛奶倒入另一调制壶，咖啡与牛奶的比例为1:1。
3.同时倒入咖啡与牛奶。倒入时须注意两只壶的流出量应保持一致。小窍门：全脂牛奶中的脂肪会遮盖咖啡的微妙味道，所以要尽量使用半脂或低脂牛奶。要注意牛奶的温度，因为热而未滚起来的牛奶可给咖啡增加一丝可口润滑的感觉。
三、咖啡威士忌怎么调？
1、爱尔兰咖啡高脚杯中先加1/2—1oz爱尔兰威士忌，加入方糖（或2小匙砂糖），上面再放专用架，用酒精灯烧热使其溶化；
2、将冲调好的咖啡倒入杯中，约8分满；
3、注入适量的鲜奶油 特色： 香浓醇烈，是喝咖啡的另一境界。
